Public Folders and Calendars

The CIRA Public Folders and Calendars are available as a shared mailbox. Besides group folders and calendars, the CIRA conference room calendars are available for viewing and scheduling.

When viewing the CIRA Public “shared mailbox”, all the content is under the folder called CIRA. The other folders (Inbox, Sent, Deleted, etc) are default folders that are part of the shared mailbox. Unfortunately, we cannot hide them.

Ways to access:

1. via OWA (web) at this link: https://mail.colostate.edu/owa/cira_public@mail.colostate.edu

Use your eID to login: colostate\eidname, then your eID password.

2. Mount the shared mailbox in Outlook. It is called CIRA Public. Please refer to this CSU help page for instructions.
