Email Setup and Help

E-mail is hosted by Microsoft Office 365 and supported by CSU's Exchange department on main campus.

To create an account, click this link: http://help.mail.colostate.edu/accounts.aspx.

Once you have an account, if you would like to receive CIRA general notices, please submit a CIRA Help Desk ticket at https://cira.hesk.com/ and include your full name, eID name, and email address.

You can get online assistance at http://help.mail.colostate.edu/. This website should answer most questions and problems. If the website does not have the answer, you can contact them for direct support at help@colostate.edu.  

You can log directly into your e-mail account using the Office 365 web portal at Office 365 Portal. Your username is eID(shortname)@colostate.edu. Your password is your eID password.

If you need to change your password or make changes to your email account, this is done at https://eid.colostate.edu/.

Since e-mail is private and tied to your CSU eID, CIRA can only provide support for client setup and client issues (Outlook, etc.).
